The Rise of Douchka

Rising from the belly of Rennes, a small town in France known for quaint festivals, Douchka joined the Record company they started with a couple of years ago. The young musician was extremely hyper and energetic in what he created and released his first single the same year that was followed up with an entire album of greats. The locals went crazy over the new talent, and soon Douchka was ready for the international circuit. From the singles to full albums, the artists went on to perform at every music festival around France, that he was almost expected to be on the call list. The innocent traits of his music have been the highlight of his talent and even with his more mature music sense like in Infantile, you can hear the strains of innocent and growing up still ringing loud.

His music is spontaneous if there is one word to describe it. A man of talents and a natural sense of producing music, Douchka keeps the sulk out of his music and words hard to interact with his audiences when he is at any live performance. His ties to his family and friends are strong and plays a very vital role in keeping his life balanced to produce music that resonates fun and innocence. Even the visuals that are used in his music is playful and very real – something that the young people of today would relate to easily. With artworks created by Abadibadou, his visuals have the signature blue ball-pen illustrations.
